Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes about 7–12 business days after that. Some items ship from our fulfillment partners outside the United States, which is why delivery takes longer than a big-box store. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

$4.99 on orders under $40. Free on orders of $40 or more.

Holiday deadline

For delivery by December 24, order by December 1. Orders placed after that still ship, but we cannot promise they arrive before Christmas.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours for the first update to appear.

If your order is running late

If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will email you before that date with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have your order, email support@quirkmas.com within 14 days and we will resend it or refund you.

If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and you do not need to send anything back.
